Thank you for your question. Leamington Council passed By-law 08-18, which regulates motor vehicle parking in residential zones and makes it an offence to park a motor vehicle anywhere other than a garage or residential driveway.

You can view the by-law here: Leamington By-law 08-18.

The Leamington By-law Enforcement Department and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) both address concerns related to unnecessary noise, which is defined as sound that is loud, persistent, or continuous and that reasonably disturbs the peace, rest, comfort, or convenience of residents, depending on the surrounding circumstances.

For noise-related concerns, you can reach the OPP’s non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122. Alternatively, you may contact Leamington By-law Enforcement during regular business hours at 519-326-5761 or submit a report anytime through our website at leamington.ca/reportanissue.
