Notice of Passing of Zoning By-law Amendment No. 284 – Municipality Wide

Leamington Council held a public meeting on October 24, 2023 for consideration of Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) No. 284. The application was approved and By-law 83-23 to amend Zoning By-law 890-09, as amended, was passed by Council.

The purpose of ZBA No. 284 is to add a subsection to Section 4 General Provisions and to add a new permitted use to Section 26 Agricultural Residential Zone (A5) Regulations, being Subsection 26.1.1 - Permitted Uses of Zoning By-law 890-09, as amended, to regulate the keeping of chicken and fowl on A5 properties.
